Free Delivery

The estimated delivery time is stated at the time your order is placed. However, the approximate timescales for items in stock would be 1-2 days, whereas all the other products would take approximately 15 working days. These items would include bespoke jewellery.

In case you require an item with Urgent delivery, you can choose from our extensive range of ready items. All stock product orders for which final payment has been cleared before 3:00 pm, we will have them dispatched on same day so that it arrives as soon as possible.

All our goods dispatched are fully insured and we offer free shipping via Royal Mail. However, the carrier would depend upon the value of the products being shipped.

Our preferred carrier for international shipments is FedEx and the goods are completely insured right up to your doorstep. International buyers are obliged to bear the cost of the local custom duties, taxes, and other import charges. Any delay in shipment because of non-fulfilment of such import obligations will be at the sole responsibility of the buyer.
